Getting to Tandala Camp...

Just arrange your International flight direct to Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. Please feel free to click on the airline images opposite, and you'll be transferred to the Emirates and SAA websites. Then we at 'Tandala Safari Camp' shall arrange your internal flight, and your subsequent transfer to the lodge. It couldn't be any easier. Then let the adventure of a lifetime begin!

Weekly from Heathrow or Gatwick to Dar Es Salaam:

 

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (from Amsterdam) to Dar Es Salaam and Kilimanjaro airport.

Swiss (from Zurich) to Dar Es Salaam.

 

Gulf Air serves Dar Es Salaam and Zanzibar via Muscat or Abu Dhabi.

 

Emirates serves Dar Es Salaam and Zanzibar via Dubai.

​From Dar es Salaam

From Dar es Salaam Most visitors in Tanzania will fly into Msembe Airstrip in Ruaha National Park via Dar Es Salaam which means “Heaven of Peace”, reflecting the informal atmosphere of the city.

 

From here visitors can take a drive or fly-in safari to the Ruaha National Park. Less frequented than the National Parks in the north, the southern park provides a sense of African adventure unsurpassed anywhere on the continent.

 

From Iringa to Tandala Tented Camp...less than a 2 hour drive from Iringa.

 

Tandala can easily organize the transfer from Iringa down to Tandala for you.
